Key Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Develop and deliver high-quality code on the designated technological stack 
  used in the project, adhering to established coding standards, best practices, and industry guidelines.
• Conduct comprehensive unit and development testing to ensure the reliability, 
  functionality, and performance of the software, utilizing appropriate testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Translate high-level project requirements into well-designed, scalable, and efficient technical solutions, effectively capturing system architecture, components, and interfaces. Create (WBS) that outlines tasks, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Actively participate in peer code reviews, providing thorough feedback, suggestions, and improvements to enhance code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Engage in daily meetings, collaborating with the project team to provide accurate and concise status updates on progress, accomplishments, and potential obstacles. Maintain open and transparent communication channels.
• Work closely with the project team to clarify and elaborate on requirements, ensuring a shared understanding and alignment on solution approaches, scope, and specifications.
• Collaborate with the Client's development team, establishing effective working 
  relationships to ensure the quality and seamless integration of delivered features. Address any technical challenges, compatibility issues, or dependencies proactively.
• Contribute to the development of comprehensive technical project documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user documentation. Ensure documentation is clear, well-structured, and accessible to all stakeholders.
• Perform accurate estimation of own tasks, considering complexity, effort, and 
  dependencies. Continuously track progress against estimates, promptly escalating any deviations or challenges to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Demonstrate a proactive mindset, identifying and mitigating risks, proposing 
  process improvements, and actively seeking opportunities for innovation and 
  optimization in software development practices.

Your profile

Are you the one?

• Minimum of 4 years of extensive hands-on experience as a Full Stack .NET 
  Developer, specializing in Vue and ReactJS frameworks.
• In-depth understanding and practical application of Agile software development methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects using this approach.
• Proficiency in English, with at least an intermediate level or higher, enabling 
  effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing enterprise-level software systems, showcasing the ability to handle complex and large-scale projects.
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing robust solutions across the 
  data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer, ensuring high performance and 
  scalability.
• Proven ability to document technical solutions effectively, including architectural designs, coding standards, and system specifications, facilitating clear understanding and seamless collaboration.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, allowing for efficient identification and 
  resolution of complex technical challenges, while maintaining a focus on 
  delivering high-quality software.
• Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest trends and 
  advancements in Full Stack .NET development, Vue, ReactJS, and related 
  technologies.
