About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Project Administrator to play a key role in managing one of our largest international client accounts. This role is essential to ensuring operational efficiency, task execution, and quality control across departments. You’ll help keep projects moving, deadlines met, and internal coordination smooth, so our delivery remains not just stable, but excellent.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track tasks, deadlines, and milestones using tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Dropbox.
  • Organize and schedule meetings for internal teams.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-up
  • Maintain project documentation and status updates for internal use.
  • Generate reports on project progress and deliverables as needed.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments (design, content, marketing, leadership).
  • Review deliverables for quality and alignment with internal standards before finalization.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Manage scheduling and communication across multiple time zones to maintain project continuity.
Your profile
  • 2-3 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or a similar administrative role, preferably in a creative, digital, or marketing environment.
  • Proficient with task and project management tools such as ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Dropbox.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience coordinating across teams and time zones.
  • Able to work U.S. business hours (2 PM – 10 PM Cairo time).
