About the Role
We’re seeking a Mid-Level B2B Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to support our growing international portfolio. This individual will transform complex subjects into clear, impactful messaging through content creation, campaign development, and performance-driven marketing. You will lead content production, manage targeted B2B campaigns, and drive performance marketing efforts focused on decision-makers. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and passionate, thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment.


Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
  • Lead day-to-day marketing operations for a key international client, serving as the go-to person for all content and communication needs.
  • Build strong relationships through proactive, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Coordinate with internal and client teams to align marketing activity with broader business goals.
Content Creation/Development & Management:
  • Produce and publish newsletters, targeted emails, articles, social posts, and toolkits.
  • Curate and develop content featuring industry news, updates, and calls to action.
  • Write, edit, and format articles to support the client’s mission and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively engages the target audience.
Social Media Development, Engagement & Moderation:
  • Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns on LinkedIn, X, and Meta platforms.
  • Develop and optimize content to enhance engagement and foster community development.
  • Coordinate with internal/external teams to gather and update content requirements.
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategy and content based on performance.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
  • Track KPIs: engagement, follower growth, lead generation, and content quality.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and growth trends.
  • Utilize analytics and platform insights to evaluate and refine campaigns.
  • Recommend content improvements based on performance data.
  • Ensure compliance with community guidelines while driving engagement.
Growth & Leadership (Future Scope):
  • Contribute to building processes, onboarding junior staff, and mentoring content contributors.
Your profile
  • 3-5 years of experience in content development, digital marketing, and B2B communications, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.
  • Proven ability to create and manage content across multiple formats: newsletters, articles, blogs, social media, and media kits.
  • Proficient with marketing platforms and tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and ClickUp.
  • Solid experience in analytics and reporting; able to track KPIs and optimize content based on performance data.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working hybrid, U.S. business hours (2 PM - 10 PM Cairo time), core hours from 3 PM to 7 PM. (is a must)
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and within a team, adjusting your approach based on project needs.
