About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can build and manage a credible international B2B brand at both the firm and executive levels.
This is not a typical marketing role focused on campaigns or volume content.
You will work directly with senior leadership and help shape how Söderhub is positioned across Europe and the GCC. Your thinking will influence how founders, investors, and decision-makers see us.

This role combines:
  • Founder/partner thought leadership.
  • Firm-level narrative and positioning.
  • High-quality B2B content across LinkedIn and owned channels.
Key Responsibilities
What you will do:

  • Develop a clear positioning narrative for Söderhub across Nordic and GCC audiences.
  • Build and manage executive thought leadership content (LinkedIn, articles, keynote framing).
  • Turn market, regulatory, and industry insights into clear and engaging B2B content.
  • Develop and manage a structured content plan, including editorial calendars and content workflows.
  • Manage visual consistency and brand tone.
  • Coordinate with analysts and leadership to extract insights.
  • Track performance and refine positioning strategy.
  • Work close to decision-makers, not layers of management.
  • Grow into a high-trust, strategic brand role.
Your profile
What We’re Looking For

  • 5~7 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or content strategy.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or founders with thought leadership and executive visibility.
  • Strong LinkedIn expertise (personal + company pages).
  • Excellent written English (native-level or near-native).
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into sharp, structured content.
  • Experience with international or regional audiences (EU / GCC a strong plus).
